Registration and Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all conference guidelines, policies, and terms and conditions outlined herein.

  1. Attendance

    • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, workshops, and activities unless otherwise communicated.

    • Non-attendance does not entitle participants to refunds or credits.

  2. Conduct

    • Participants must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and non-disruptive manner throughout the conference.

    • Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others may result in immediate removal from conference premises without refund.

  3. Intellectual Property

    • All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026.

    • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use conference materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

  4. Liability

    • Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during conference events.

    • Participants are responsible for their personal safety and security at all times.

  5. Changes to Program

    • The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice.

    • Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or conference announcements.

  6. Privacy and Data Protection

    • Participants’ personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes in accordance with the privacy policy.

    • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 and other applicable laws in India.

    • Any disputes arising from the Conference or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
