Registration and Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all conference guidelines, policies, and terms and conditions outlined herein.

Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, workshops, and activities unless otherwise communicated.

Non-attendance does not entitle participants to refunds or credits.

Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and non-disruptive manner throughout the conference.

Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others may result in immediate removal from conference premises without refund.

Intellectual Property

All conference materials, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use conference materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Liability

Maha Privacy & Security Summit 2026 and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during conference events.

Participants are responsible for their personal safety and security at all times.

Changes to Program

The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice.

Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or conference announcements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 and other applicable laws in India.

Any disputes arising from the Conference or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
